Summary

For the last decade and half I've had the privilege of leading great teams creating successful products, services, and businesses. I come to the table as a business partner with expertise in product and design.

I am Vice President of Experience at EquipmentShare, and serve on the company's Leadership team. My group designs the experiences for customers online, at our branches and in the field, and for employees at our rental locations and corporate offices. We use design thinking and rapid prototyping to inspire and align cross-functional teams throughout the enterprise. Our focus on human-centered design, impeccable execution, and continuous iteration has created significant improvement in customer satisfaction and financial performance. We are a performance driven team with a strong, connected culture.

Prior to EquipmentShare, I was the Director of Growth Innovation at WeWork and set the bar for customer experience excellence at Amazon. I've also held leadership positions at some of the most amazing design firms in the world – I was Vice President of Experience at Publicis Sapient, and Associate Strategy Director and Head of Ventures at frog design.

Automotive, Logistics & Fleet Management: Working at the intersection of connected hardware, predictive analytics and service optimization, I led the organizations that built groundbreaking engagement platforms for Penske, GoodYear, and Polaris.
AI & Computational Design: Working with computational design expert Adam Morse at Publicis Sapient, we developed The Open Design Tool Exchange: a tool suite to introduce new models of work for digital asset generation and modification. Our work was called “the introduction of a new paradigm for Design“ by John Maeda.
CPG, Retail & eCommerce: I crafted innovative brand experiences and product strategies for Nestle, Lowe's, Unilever, and Mattel, enhancing D2C relationships, driving omnichannel engagement with new audiences, and accelerating growth in emerging markets.
